Cookies and tracking
Praetorian does not use advertising cookies, behavioural profiling, marketing pixels or cross-site tracking.
Google Search Console and Bing Webmaster Tools are used to understand how the site appears in search results. They do not add visitor analytics code to these pages.
The website keeps a small amount of session-only attribution in the visitor's browser: the first Praetorian page visited, the referring page and any standard campaign labels. It expires with the browser session and is sent to Praetorian only if the visitor chooses to submit an enquiry.
Cloudflare delivers and protects the website. Its privacy-first Web Analytics can operate without cookies. Cloudflare may set strictly necessary security cookies when a visitor must pass a security challenge or when another protection feature requires one.
Website enquiries
When you submit the contact form, we process the details you provide, such as your name, organisation, contact information and the engineering challenge you describe.
The enquiry is recorded in a controlled Git repository and processed through Praetorian's Kestra workflow so that it can be delivered to the company mailbox and answered. The website does not store the visitor's IP address. It may record limited technical context such as browser user-agent, country code, first page visited, referring page and campaign labels to support security, troubleshooting and understanding which content led to the enquiry.
Enquiry information is used only to respond, manage the resulting business conversation and maintain an appropriate business record. It is not sold or used to create advertising profiles.
Operational information
Cloudflare provides aggregated information about requests, performance, security events and general traffic patterns. We use this to keep the website available and understand whether it is working as intended.
